Fortunately, that’s not the case. LB Prescott Burgess, acquired last week from the Baltimore Ravens for a conditional seventh round pick, was shown the door, but later walked through the entrance to the practice squad. Prescott gets tutoring before the Pats determine for sure if he has a future with the team.

On Tuesday, the Patriots sent a conditional seventh round pick to Baltimore for Prescott Burgess, a 6-3 247 pound LB with the ability to play inside or outside.
Do I think he will be good? Who knows? Like Crable, Burgess had a tough time staying on the field.
