            Each week, on Friday, I will look into my (never wrong, just misinformed) crystal ball and give my predictions for that weekend games.  I will always prognosticate on the Eagles and Cowboys games and then pick two more games of interest (to me, that is, not necessarily to you).  Keep in mind, that this is for entertainment purposes only, and that I do not endorse any sort of legal or illegal gambling.  That being said…let’s see what’s in my crystal ball!

ack time after time, and Favre knew that he was coming back to awful football teams.

But the 2008 Packers will not be awful.  Not by any means.  They have a very good, young running back.  They have immensely talented receivers.  They also have a defense that ranked 11th in the league last season, and was ranked 7th in total points allowed.

So we are more than a week away from the best day of the year, Super Bowl Sunday, and I'm already tired of the hype. I normally try to avoid much sports news in the two weeks from the AFC and NFC Championship games till Super Sunday, but with the writers' strike taking away any normal scripted tv shows all that is left is horrid reality tv shows/game shows and repeated sports news stories over and over again.
