extra heat and leave a young secondary on an island, or do they play coverage and leave Bengals QB Carson Palmer all day in the pocket?

Gun Control: Cincinnati WR Chad Ochocinco said he wants to shoot one of the Minutemen’s gun for a touchdown celebration. Don’t let him offend the home crowd.

off season picking players like Roy Williams, Andre Smith, Laveranues Coles and Ray Maualuga.  Carson Palmer should be healthy and in shape by the time this game rolls around.  While all this is good, the problem with the Bengals has never been a lack of talent, rather a lack of discipline.  The fact that they will be featured on this year's Hard Knocks is no help to this problem.  Coach Marvin Lewis has proven of the years that he doesn't have what it takes to lead men.  I'll give the Steelers 9/10.

As football fans across the globe cast their longing eyes in the direction of the April draft, I decided that now might be a good time to reflect on draft classes of the last 10 years. Too often in this business, we rush ahead to the next big event without taking pause to evaluate the past and learn from it. In a way, this study will still be a celebration of the coming 2009 draft as I believe it will shed some light on certain overlooked trends that no one ever stops to consider. k," never fails.

With Carson Palmer unlikely to play for the second straight week, Ryan Fitzpatrick is once again the projected starter. Last week against the struggling Browns he threw 3 picks and, over the course of his career, has thrown more than twice as many interceptions as touchdowns.  Now, the Bengals may try to rely on their ground game, but, with Chris Perry averaging a measly 2.9 yards per carry, it’s only a matter of time before they’ll have to take to the air to try to keep up with the ‘Boys’ high-voltage offense. Once this occurs, Dallas’ secondary needs to be ready. These will not be perfectly placed balls, and it shouldn’t be a surprise if T-New adds six more points to his career total.

h for the Patriots and the defense made it hold.

What we saw on Sunday was the guy that backed-up Carson Palmer and Matt Leinart at USC. Cassel competed with both of them to be the starter in two defferent seasons. But in close competitions according to Trojans coach and former Patriots coach Pete Carroll, Cassel came up short both times.

One former All Pro is quarterback Carson Palmer, who has publicly stated this week that he would like to ruin the Browns’ chances for post-season play.  Palmer believes when the Browns beat the Bengals in Week 2 to the tune of 51-45, the Bengals began their downward spiral.  And the Browns’ season was launched.
