Patriots Sign CB Jason Webster

The Patriots signed another Buffalo Bill free agent today - Cornerback Jason Webster.

Webster's a vet and a zone corner like the Pats prefer. He'll compete for playing time, mist likely (and hopefully) at the nickleback position replacing Randall Gay. He was injured last year with the Bills, but clearly the Pats went after him right away and he ended up cancelling a visit to the Giants to sign with New England. How good is he? We'll see. But clearly the Pats needed to start adding some depth to the cornerback position after losing Gay and Samuel and that's just what they've done.
